Moodboard for Cultivate's brand system, which includes patterns, imagery, fonts, and colors..

Cultivate Community Gardens.

This project required me to develop a brand identity for a hypothetical non-profit organization. The organization I created was called Cultivate, which sponsored community gardens across California. They would work directly with neighborhoods to build gardens and tailor produce selection to best support individual communities. Their goal is for everyone to have healthy, sustainable food options for little to no cost.

I started by creating the logo and iconography for Cultivate. The branded elements take on a more organic finish in the edges to mirror the friendly and inviting presence that Cultivate aims to achieve. I then used that as a guide to design a website and other brand collateral, such as seed packaging a social media feed, business cards, promotional items.
